WHO WE ARE
Raised in the real estate industry, Ruth always knew what route she was going to take when she grew up. By working alongside her dad and learning the ins and outs of the real estate business at a young age, she has continued to build on the foundation that he laid all those years ago. Ruth earned her real estate license in 2006, and since then, she has been working hard to make the American dream of owning a home come true for homeowners near Pikes Peak.
Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are values that Ruth strives for in all aspects of her life. By applying these beliefs to all aspects of her business, she has created a loyal client-base, which has allowed her to open her own brokerage.
If you were to ask Ruth’s clients what they love most about her, they would tell you that it’s her outgoing personality and the way she goes out of her way to make them feel appreciated and important. She has a way of putting her clients’ needs above all else, which results in successful real estate transactions. People love working with Ruth because they know how connected she is with the community and the firsthand knowledge she brings to the table about owning a ranch.
Her family’s roots run deep in the Pikes Peak community. Ruth is the fifth generation to call this area home, so it’s no secret where her love of the outdoors comes from. She is a third-generation cattle rancher. If you were to ask Ruth to describe herself, she would tell you that she is a daddy’s girl, through and through.
When she’s not out helping her clients find their new home, you can catch her spending time on her ranch, tending to her cows, or gardening. She believes in zero-waste efforts and works to become more self-sustaining. She enjoys hunting, fishing, and participating in team roping and break-a-way roping events. She is active in the St. Peter’s Catholic Church and the Teller County Catholic Community.
